The Tompkins County Patrons Relief Association was organized July 10, 1876. It issues policies for five years against lost by fire. In 1880 Stephen Davenport is president. JH Theall of Enfield Center secretary and Cantine Lounsberry of Motts corner a director. Mrs. Anna E Bush held a policy (No 525 for $2500) on her farm buildings.
