The term "Seven-Thirty Govt Bond" refers to a type of U.S. Treasury note issued during the Civil War era to help finance the Union war effort. Specifically, it was a three-year note with an interest rate of 7.30%, hence the name "Seven-Thirty". These notes were authorized by the Act of July 17, 1861. (Google)
