Died at Juno, Wisconsin, August 23, 1870 Silas Hutchinson aged 76 years.
The Firemans Concert and Lottery at Ithaca February 22, 1881. Dr. Gallagher's number that drew the piano was 565. John Slater held number 564 the next before it.
Benjamin M Lawrence commenced work in the Yorkshire tannery May 2, 1867. He quit September 12 '67.

Richard Freer moved from Slaterville to Wales, Erie County, New York in 1843. He left Slaterville May 28 and arrived at Wales June 4. Went by Erie Canal from Ithaca to Buffalo. His wife Magdalene Mulks Freer died January 26, 1844. Removed from Wales to Aurora the fall of 1851 then to Buffalo in 1864.
Peter M. Latimer left Slaterville for the West on May 1855. Brother Omar started the day before. They together with father and Jacob Robison started from Ithaca next day and traveled together to Wisconsin.
Richard Freer (1805–1886) married Magdalene Mulks (–1844). Jacob Freer (1797–1883), Richard's brother, married Magdalene's sister, Jane Mulks (1800–1867). The two women were sisters of David Mulks, CFM's father. Omar Mulks (1862–1915) was CFM's younger brother.
After the Dutch Reformed Church in Caroline disappeared, Omar was one of the first vestry members at the new St Thomas Episcopal Church in Slaterville which was organized in 1892.
Peter M. Latimer (1824–1874) married Ruth Mulks (1827–1911), sister of CFM. They both died in Delavan, Wisconsin.

Levi Slater died October 24 1851 age 78. Adelia Slater his wife died April 21, 1859 aged 81 years.
Justus Slater was born in Ulster County, New York, December 15, 1799, the day after General Washington died at Mount Vernon, Virginia.
Jacob Slater born September 26, 1801 still living. Benjamin Slater died December 10, 1868. Levi Slater died in the army March 12, 1865 age 56. David Slater now living at Owego was born in 1805. Sherrard [Slater] was born January 29, 1820 died at Caroline Center
