Samuel W Johnson by deed dated in April 1804 conveys to J.J. Speed 1875 acres being 20 lots as surveyed and some 100 acres each and some less consideration $3750.

By deed, March 1804 Robert C. Johnson conveys 50 acres for $50.

August 9, 1805 Robert C Johnson conveys to Joseph Speed 190 acres for $590. This lies along the military line and now comprises the Norris and Crispell farms formally the old Deuel place.

By deed, Frederick R. Fanning of Preston, Connecticut, RC Johnson, and Samuel Corp. of New York City conveyed to David Rich 95 acres for $285 situated "on lot known as No 1 on the Upper Section known by No 8 on the Owego Creek part of Township No 11"

John Mulks left Bo[?]eman farm for Michigan in 1826. He sold out to Bartholemew Green who moved from Ulysses but who had but a year or so previously returned from Duchess County, New York.

Green sold out and gave possession to Peter M. Delamater in 1839.

Delamater sold out and gave possession to Albert Clark in April 1854.

The land boundaries of New York State separated from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New England, and Canada, a straight lines and constitute about ⅓ of the entire boundary. Their total length is 541 miles. The remaining boundaries are all the inevitable waters except Poultney River. They include 352 miles on Lakes Erie, Ontario and Champlain, 281 on the Rivers Niagara, St. Lawrence, Poultney, Hudson, Kill Van Kull, and Delaware and 246 miles on Long Island Sound […] Atlantic Ocean. Uncle Charles Mulks, son of Benoni Mulks and great uncle to CFM.

Edward and Jane were children of Uncle Charles. Henry Janes was the son of Charles' daughter, Nancy, who died in 1835. Ellis and and Eliza Amelia were the son and daughter of James Mulks, son of Charles, and Olive Ellis, who both died in 1833.

Betsy Schutts, née Mulks, was the daughter of Uncle Charles. She married James Schutts and was the mother of John J Schutts.

George Mulks (1827–1871), was a son of James and Olive Mulks. Cordelia was George's sister.

Ruth Mulks was CFM’s sister.
