David Mulks my father died Friday night June 10, 1864. Buried in the Mulks cemetery. Henry Mulks, my brother died July 25, 1853 Omar Mulks, my brother died September 17, 1856 at Darien Wisconsin Mary H Slater my half sister died October 15, 1868

Mary H. Slater, née Mulks, was the daughter of Maria McPherson, David Mulks' second wife.
